Join us for the Alaska State BBQ Championship, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), where pitmasters from across the state and beyond will compete for the chance to qualify for prestigious competitions like the Jack Daniels World Championship BBQ Invitational and the KCBS World Invitational.

Event Highlights:

* KCBS Master Series 4 Meat Contest: Witness the best BBQ teams battle it out in categories including ribs, brisket, chicken, and pork. Who will claim the title of Alaska State BBQ Champion?

*KCBS entry fees are $160 for the Master series.

* Youth BBQ Contest: Calling all young grill masters! Show off your skills and compete in our Youth BBQ Contest on Saturday cooking REINDEER Sausage. It's your chance to shine and win fantastic prizes! Divisions are Ages 6-10; Ages 11-13; Ages 14-17 (FREE, NO ENTRY FEE’S)

* Alaska State SCA Championship: Friday night 7-26 heats up with the Alaska State Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) Championship. Plus, don't miss the TACO Ancillary contest for a tasty twist on BBQ competition!

*Entry fees are $160 steak and $50 for the Taco ancillary.
